Our primary business is release of information (ROI). We provide the personnel and equipment needed to respond to requests for medical records. We have also provided services to hospitals and clinics needing assistance with special projects in the HIM and Revenue Cycle Management Departments

CM Information Specialists was established in 1986 and is a regional business registered in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. CM Information Specialists has been recognized as a leader in the release of information business in the upper Midwest.
