Just winning, was the only thing on Michael Phelps’ mind when he was swimming in the Olympics.  If this is true, Michael, like so many athletes has beat the FUD FACTOR to death.  What is the FUD FACTOR?  FUD stands for Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt.  It’s the fear that keeps us locked up, afraid to approach others with a friendly greeting because of a fear of rejection.  Overwhelming uncertainty will be the root of errors in your work. Doubt creates confusion in your mind.  Being Intentional, Confident and Engaged (ICE) will bring you closer to people, gain the respect and attention of others, and bring accolades to your work.  Try ICE instead of FUD.
