Our Second Quarter Spirit Award Recipient goes to Connie Amos, working in Sioux Falls SD for Sanford Health.   Connie’s recommendation came from Marla Wolterstorff her manager and Janelle Hiatt, RN a Case Manager for Avera Health.  Connie knows how to keep the demands of requesters under control and will go the extra mile for patients requesting their records.  In this case, there was a holiday and the delay in getting the mail delivered would have resulted in the patient not getting the copies in time for an appointment.

Like so many of the recipients of this award, Connie has the “spirit” and takes the opportunity to make our customers raving fans!  Congratulations, Connie!
