The results from the LifeWorks survey have been calculated and we are thrilled to see so many have found real benefit in our EAP program.  We would like to thank the 63% of you who took the time from their busy schedules to participate in this survey.  77% of you recommended that we keep LifeWorks as a benefit to all of our employees.   89% of you found LifeWorks to be helpful with not a single person responding saying it didn’t help in some way.  As a result of this survey you will see some changes over the next few months which will help to make LifeWorks easier to access.

Keep an eye out for the next employee survey in July which will solicit your input in order to improve the employee recognition program.  Remember, survey invitations are sent out via email.  If you do not have email through the company just make sure the office has your current email address.
